Remote Data Capture

The PMTS  Handheld Applications are portable data collection devices that can scan bar coded information and collect data for any service report item.  The systems are highly customized to collect only the data that a company would desire to track in the main PMTS modules. The field tech collects all the data while in the field and then has several options for synchronizing into the main database. The use of the Handheld Applications drastically reduces clerical staff data-entry time as well as eliminating entry errors caused by illegible tickets or invoices.
